We keep as little as we can.

• Your email address, which you type at checkout. We use it to send your downloads and receipts, and to find your order if you write to us.
• Your name, from your payment details, so emails can say hi to you by first name.
• Your order: what you bought, the amounts, the date, whether it was paid or refunded, and a private order link (the access page in your emails).
• Payment references from Stripe, like a customer ID and payment ID, so we can confirm a payment, add a one-click item you choose right after checkout, and issue refunds. Stripe keeps your card details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to serve the site and protect it. We count checkout attempts per IP address for a short time to stop abuse, and delete those counters within a day.

We do not collect bank logins, bank account numbers or transactions. Nothing we make connects to your bank.

The debt calculator on our pages runs in your browser. The numbers you type (balance, rate, payment) are kept in your browser's session storage so the next page can show the same date, and they disappear when you close the tab. They are never sent to our server, to Stripe, to Meta or to anyone else.

The sheets you buy live in your own Google Drive or on your own computer. We can't see what you type into them.

After you buy, we send your downloads right away, a free bonus printable a few minutes later, and a short series of setup tips over the next three weeks. Every tips email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Order and download emails still reach you after you unsubscribe, because they're about your purchase.

Essential only, by default. We don't set advertising or analytics cookies of our own. On the checkout page, Stripe may set cookies it needs to process payments and prevent fraud.

Optional: the Meta pixel. If we turn on advertising measurement, our pages load the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It records that a page was viewed, that checkout started and that a purchase happened, with the order total. Meta may set its own cookies to do this. For purchases, our server may also tell Meta about the sale through Meta's Conversions API, with your email and first name hashed (scrambled one way, so the text itself isn't sent), plus your IP address and browser details. This helps us see which ads work. Calculator numbers are never included.

You can block these with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. The site and checkout keep working either way.

• Stripe, to take payments and issue refunds.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores our order records.
• Our email provider (Cloudflare Email or Resend), to deliver the emails above.
• Meta, only if the pixel is turned on, as described above.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, refunds and support. Abuse-prevention counters are deleted within a day. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except what the law requires us to keep.

Write to support@finishlinesheets.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of having it used for ad measurement. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, the EU or the UK), you may have more rights, and we'll honor them. We'll answer within 30 days.

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
